At Bixpy Motors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
